Aaron or the “Bear” is born in the small industrial town of Bridgwater,Somerset,England. Bridgwater is the first town in Britain  to petition the government against slavery in 1785. This could be why Aaron has a strong sense of justice!

He competes in Judo at the highest level as he has done for over 32 years.   He has quietly achieved the title of national champion.  Judo brings a strong sense of humble discipline to Aaron’s persona.  The Bear also enjoys Kickboxing as he has done for over 16 years. He has 10 MMA bouts to his name.   He has achieved runner-up in the British National Shootfighting Championships.

Aaron finds his niche in natural bodyweight and Kettlebell movement.  He can make the apparent easy become very challenging to any person!  The Tribal “elder” of the team, Aaron is in supreme condition and is a walking advert that age means nothing.

The Bear is a married father of two cubs, one 18 and a British Army recruit, one 16 months and already Daddy’s little soldier. The elder cub loves staying in shape and has won awards in the military for his fitness levels. The young cub is a keen climber of anything that will give his parents heart failure and has confirmed the need for his dad to stay in shape!!!

The Abu Dhabi Tribe is growing stronger by the week with a dedicated core constantly stretching comfort zones in order to improve their physical and mental strength.
