The food we eat has the biggest effect on our quality of life. Modern day man-made foods are dramatically reducing the quality and quantity of our lives. There is a simple lack of common sense, knowledge and effort towards food today. This has been rewarded with chronic disease, fatigue and illness.

To return to natural food and eating habits means our bodies can once again be fulfilled, happy and strong. We firstly encourage our members to eat food that moved or grew; it lived. Next we recommend that people understand the origin of their food; was it well looked after, was it local and was it free of man-made chemicals? We recommend our tribe to eat all foods found in nature:

Vegetables, fruits, roots, nuts, seeds, meat, seafood, eggs, fish

Food is vital for healthy living but so too is the environment in which we eat it.  Eating provides an amazing occasion for us to socialise and enjoy.  It can be a detrimental habit to eat alone in today’s fast-paced world.  Making the choice to allocate time for eating sounds simple and it is!
