“widen your niche by dominating your strengths and improving your weaknesses”
Everyone has their own set of strengths. Our strengths (and our weaknesses) are what define us. They give us our individuality and our identity. In some cases they influence peoples' perceptions of us and can effect on standing in society.
The truth is we won't need to accept our strengths and weaknesses as they are. We can work to develop them and in turn we can influence how wide and how deep our niche becomes.
At a basic level if our niche is small or narrow our capacity to deal with the requirements and challenges of everyday life is also small. We are less adaptable, less able to take things in our stride.
Developing and expanding your niche capability increases your chances of survival in the “real world”. The laws of natural selection still apply even today. At Tribal Fitness we work on expanding our members' niche to give the Tribes’ members the greatest chance to prosper.
