We are called Tribal Fitness for two important reasons:

1. Our fitness philosophies are based on how we evolved to move in our natural world. This is not some short-term craze but a steady adaptation that has taken hundreds of thousands of years. Long ago, before our bodies were weakened with technology we strived to be the strongest and fastest. This enabled us the greatest chance to survive well. To continue to survive well, we must return to what has always worked for us.

2. If we bring like-minded people together who are positive, humble and supportive we create a tribe. If any person, of any fitness level has these traits, they are welcome to our tribe. We do not care for the starting fitness level of anybody who joins us. That will improve naturally. Surrounding ourselves with the right people ensure we all achieve more working together.
