Personal training is a fantastic tool for an individual or small group to achieve their own goals in an enjoyable and tailored environment. It can also be used as an ascent to progress an individual into our tribal groups. The needs of the person are addressed and a challenging plan of attack is developed.

Every personal training session is new and dynamic. We love to wero (challenge) the body and mind in different ways all the time. Once a tribal member can achieve a task, it’s time to move on and conquer something new. The un-expected is always a lot more fun than the mundane drag of the gym.

Tribal Fitness is BIG on setting performance goals for the future. Performance-based goals are different from weight or measurement changes. We do help our members achieve goals such as weight-loss but this is a bi-product of improving performance. These non-emotive goals bring out our sense our inner-competition and our will to improve ourselves.
