The major focus of our work is to enable individuals to achieve optimal health and fitness in their own tribes.  We know that the mate-ship experienced in our tribal groups leads to folks progressing far beyond what they could do solo.  As always, we don’t care what a “newbie’s” starting level of fitness is.  It’s not unusual in Tribal Fitness for Homer Simpson to be working alongside to Spartan the Warrior.  Both these people will experience a great challenge.  If an individual has the right positive mental qualities that contribute to our tribe then we will welcome them to our tribe.

We do not care for your level of fitness  just that you bring the right mindset.  After your first session we will explain to you the tribal fitness culture.  We are looking for individuals who will benefit from joining us but also those who contribute to the tribe.
