

Strength training at Tribal is built around real coaching, real structure, and real people.
Whether you’re brand new to lifting or have years of experience, our strength training program meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence. You’ll train in small groups with mulitple coaches on the floor; teaching, correcting, encouraging, and pushing you to get stronger safely.
This isn’t random workouts or being left to figure it out. It’s intentional training, done the right way.
Our Strength Training program is coach-led and capped at 16 people per class, with multiple coaches present every session. You’ll move through structured programming focused on compound lifts, free weights, and functional movements that build strength, endurance, and confidence.
Along the way, we coach form, provide accountability, and support your progress so you can train consistently and safely without guesswork.
We encourage you to choose a consistent class time that fits your life; it builds rhythm, accountability, and a strong sense of community.
