Fall Into Healthy Habits

Tribal Fitness Fall Nutrition Challenge

‍28 Days. Better Habits. Stronger You.

The holidays are approaching, and we're kicking off a fun way to build healthier routines together! Fall Into Healthy Habits is our 28-day nutrition and wellness challenge for Tribal Fitness members. It's designed to support your strength, energy, body composition goals, and overall well-being—without restrictive diets or the pressure to be perfect.

‍

What to expect

Over the next four weeks, we'll focus on building healthy, sustainable habits through nutrition education, daily accountability, and support from your Tribal Fitness community.

Each week, we'll introduce a new nutrition topic and share educational blog posts, helpful emails, practical tips, and recipes you can incorporate into your everyday routine. We'll also use our challenge group chat to share ideas, ask questions, celebrate wins, and keep each other motivated.

Along the way, you'll earn points by completing five simple daily activities in the Tribal Fitness app. Each activity is worth 2 points, giving you the opportunity to earn up to 10 points per day.

Our goal is to help you better understand nutrition, make informed choices, and build habits that last well beyond these 28 days. This isn't about perfection. It's about learning, making progress, and supporting one another along the way!

YOUR FIVE HEALTHY HABITS

1. Stay Hydrated — 2 Points

Drink at least 64 fluid ounces of water throughout the day. Log your intake using the app's Track Water feature. Note: Individual hydration needs vary; follow medical guidance if you have a fluid restriction.

2. Prioritize Protein — 2 Points

Include a quality protein source with every main meal. Think eggs, chicken, fish, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, beans, or tofu. Protein helps support muscle maintenance, recovery, and satisfaction after meals.

3. Eat Your Colors — 2 Points

Eat fruits or vegetables at least three times throughout the day. Variety brings fiber and important nutrients to your plate. Fresh, frozen, and canned produce all count.

4. Plan Ahead — 2 Points

Take a few minutes to plan at least one meal or snack for tomorrow. You could pack a snack, prep breakfast, decide on dinner, or look over a restaurant menu. No elaborate meal prep required!

5. Move for 30 Minutes — 2 Points

Complete 30 minutes of intentional movement. Your regular Tribal Fitness strength workouts count, as do walking, cycling, yoga, swimming, and mobility work. You can break movement into shorter sessions.

‍

How to Track Your Points

  1. Open the Tribal Fitness app each day.
  2. Log your water using Track Water to earn hydration points when you reach 64 ounces.
  3. Check off each of the four daily habits you've completed.
  4. Follow your challenge points and progress in the app.

Each habit earns points once per day, and hydration earns points separately. Workout and cardio logs do not award additional challenge points—your movement credit comes from checking off the Move for 30 Minutes habit. Only activities recorded in the app count toward your score.

‍

YOUR CHALLENGE GOALS & POINTS

Every member who earns 210 points or more will meet our challenge completion goal. We'll also recognize our top point earners on the leaderboard. The highest possible score is 280 points.

This challenge is about consistency and commitment—not the number on the scale. Missed a habit or a day? Just pick back up tomorrow.

‍

Ready to Fall Into Healthy Habits?

The challenge runs Monday, November 2, through Sunday, November 29.

Five daily goals. Two points each. 280 possible points. One stronger set of habits.

Let's head into the holiday season feeling confident, energized, and ready to keep showing up for ourselves and each other. Consistency over perfection—let's do this, Tribe!
